Refund Policy
We do not offer any refunds after any order has been placed or delivered. Order for software, web, application, online and digital solutions will not be refunded.
Payments referred to herein shall not be refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the termination of any Agreement between ITRO and you or your company for whatever reason.
Additional Services
Please note that any additional services, custom work or technical support are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered.
By placing an order or service and making payment, you agree that you cannot claim any refund for the orders or services.

Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but no refund will be provided for the current billing period.
- Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but no refund will be provided for the remaining period.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]
Project Cancellations
If you cancel a project after work has commenced:
- You are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Any deposits or milestone payments made are non-refundable.
- ITRO reserves the right to retain all intellectual property until full payment is received.
Service Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery. We will work with you to address your concerns and find a resolution. However, this does not guarantee a refund.
Exceptions
The only exception to this policy is if ITRO fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as specified in a signed contract. In such cases, disputes will be resolved according to the terms outlined in the specific service agreement.
